The Essential Eames exhibition that was in Hong Kong in the Fall is now being shown in Jakarta. Well, actually, the opening is Wednesday night, so the final touches are being put on!
The show is in a mall and there is a partial recreation/interpretation of the Eames House as beautiful grand gesture.
Just Finished a short film on Philippe Starck and his new chair with Emeco. Very interesting systems design and eco wise. Was cool to see images of it 14 feet tall.
We are starting to install in Abilene, and some nice local media support is coming together. (The local arts community has been generous from the beginning!).
At long last, the Mathematica Timeline that Charles and Ray designed is back in the hands of teachers. It launched as an iPad app today. It is a simple App, but it is a great presentation of the beautiful graphic, intellectual and teaching object it that it is.
